The only way of losing weight is to make our energy
intake less than the output, THIS CAN BE DONE IN TWO WAYS.
1.
By taking
more exercise, why because this will increase more the energy output.
2.
By eating less high-energy food, why because this will decrease more the energy
intake;
REMEMBER:
There
is more deaths among-st people who are overweight than amongst people of normal
weight in other words overweight people don’t live as long, on average as
people who are the normal weight.
